I vote for putting the bowl somewhere other than the counter. Counter space is precious.

Did something similar in a small downstairs "mimi bsth" a few years ago. Used a 12" salad bowel. They love it. :D

Noticed a collapsible dishpan in Walmart the other day. Googled it up and there are collapsible dish pans, dish drainers and even buckets on line.

Hi all, I just use a rectangular plastic tub. Light, holds stuff, large enough for pots & pans. Can wash hair in it, take a sink bath if required. Keeps my counter clear, can be used on counter or picnic table.

 That's what we did, used a 12 inch SS mixing bowl. It works GREAT and I made it so I could lift it out and get to the storage under it. If it ever stops raining I will take a pic of it for you. We age getting SNOW in MAY Ugh!!! :(

Love these ideas for dish pans that have been shared.

Thanks,

We use these. We have two. They slip inside of each other and after clean up we can store the dishes and cookware in them.

A salad bowl works well, especially when paired with a tire, gas nozzle, and toolbox.

This is an inside sink, but I used a hard plastic salad bowl as a sink.

I have 2 of these for the teardrop:

For the "big rig" I have a fish-cleaning table with built-in faucet that connect to the outdoor shower (or directly to the water pedestal) and drains to a bucket.

These are also handy:

Two schools of thought exist here…. “Camping out” ( the old school Roughing it ) or bringing a Tiny house to a new place temporarily …
