running lights

Postby Chip » Tue Nov 30, 2004 12:14 pm

I just installed a couple of extra lights on the rear of my trailer for a little more visibility since I only had side running lights and tail lights,,
in the auto parts store they have these nifty little lights that some of the younger set replace their windshield washer squirters with,,I mounted these led units high on the rear hatch in the middle and even though they only have 3 bulbs each they put out a good bit of light,,another good thing is they are teardrop size and only take a 3/8" dia hole to mount,,Ill try to get picture this weekend to post,,, a drop of caulk to seal up the washer hole in front and they are dry,,

If you go to ebay and search bullet lights or harley lights, you get a bazillion choices. Some of them are very affordable.
