Mike,
We usually take one of those Reynolds foil bag/pouch and put almost any cut
of meat in it and add fresh vegetables cut real chunky and put it on the
grill for about half an hour. Be sure to seal it up really well as the
steam is what does the cooking!
This works really well for chicken breasts, pork chops, beef cuts or about
anything else we've tried so far. I always add corn on the cob with the
cobs cut to three or four inches long, new potatoes sometimes I cut them in
half if they are very big. Squash, zuchini, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower,
even as onion works really well.
Just one more tip; put the meat on top of the vegetables so that it doesn't
stick to the foil.
I like a little Country Bob's sauce on there for flavor.
Enjoy!
