30 gallon Jambalaya Pot

Jambalaya is one of my favorite things to cook when camping. Eveyone likes it and it has a special thrill for most people. I usually make about 4-6 quarts but 30 gallons?

If I had enough people to eat it, I'd make that much but normally one quart is plenty for me alone..

As of this coming Monday, I will be an apprentice sheetmetal/iron worker.
After 31 years in glass and the last 12 of that being on my own, got an offer to try something new.
Will also have good health/medical/dental/vision coverage, a good retirement plan and profit sharing.
Feels good to be offered something like this at 50...
