Hi all,

Hey Rick , Ranger Jane has your number! LOL She didn't catch me on my bike last year, luckly. Going to shoot for site 245 like last year. Will reserve in the next day or so.

Hey, I am buying a high end carbon fiber canoe from Placid Boatworks,in Lake Placid. The pick up date is weekend after Thanksgiving, the 24th. Can anyone reccommend a Bed & Breakfast,or reasonable hotel in Lake Placid. Also any must eat at restuarants there. Will be picking up boat Saturday, and stay 1 night only, depart Sunday for home.

Thanks, Bill & Joan

Not sure we will make next year! We will have to wait until pretty much the 'last moment' to know for sure.

I'm crossing my fingers...my back has improved a lot with rest, there are no dog shows/graduations/lacrosse championship games on TearUp weekend--now, if we could just keep everyone in my family healthy so that I could go away. :worship:

I've put the weekend on my work calendar, so my boss knows I'm taking that Friday off *now.*

I will be there in 2008 (maybe if I say it out loud it will actually happen the way I want it to!) I'm going to garage the Sunspot this winter so I can keep working on it--finish re-wiring it, patching the back floor and a soft spot in the sidewall, put new seals and weatherstripping on the windows. It will be ready to go as soon as the weather clears in the spring, and so will I!

Come on! the weather is supposed to be perfect this year! Forget work and come on out...

mmmm... Rondack waffles!! So good everybody wants to make em just like Steve!

Image

Maybe we can get the ice cream truck to start a few weeks earlier this year since we'll have a bunch of us.... if not,
we have all been trained at the last tearup on the process of ice cream production...

Image

What fun things should we do this year?? See how many adirondack campers can fit in a Rondack Lodge
perhaps? Help Rick remodel the Metzendorf? Have another TearUp Your Stomach contest...

Image

What about another scarey exorcism on Kurts site...

Image

Laugh so hard you'll...

Image

And don't forget, size matters at the TearUp!

Image

Just remember... what happens at the TearUp, stays at the TearUp!
(until dave uploads the evidence from his camera when he gets home)
