If you take a minute to whip up an eggwhite or two they are crispier. Of course I like the Belgium style (that doesn't look right

I love the dry egg whites from King Arthur flour (.com) They whip up really well.
Just another crispy direction. Am trying to get away from Bisquick type because I need about 1/2 cup of syrup for them! Not that I mind!!!!! ....but not a good idea.
It has been raining long and hard here....can't wait for Ike to bless us, too. Finally (HOPEFULLY) got everything patched up on our family room ceiling. The last "gift" from the amazing ice storm last Dec. Glad it's not raining in on me!!!!!!!
