Heikki....those are some great lanterns...I know you have a thing for Coleman...but those are still really nice ones, and look at it this way...we don't get a chance to get things like that over here as often as you do! I tried to read the info about them...but you guys in Finland...I dunno...it's like you have a whole 'nother word for everything! Doug

Older Tilley, Primus & Petromax lanterns are very collectible here in the states. There is also Coleman UK & Japan product the go for big $$$ here but are very reasonable in Europe. If I was you I would look for an older Tilley, Primus & Petromax lantern. You would have a better chance finding parts for them also.

You can see some here in the international lantern sections.

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy

I didnt know that the folks in the USA would be interested so much in the Primus, Tilley and Petromax and Radius and .. Its true too what you say in finding parts for these here. ;)

Its mainly the Sveeeeeedish Lanterns that I favor over the others though but yes them could do. 8)

So its Coleman, and then Primus..

And Im searching for the Valmet, Homelux which were made here however they seem to be the most difficult to find even though they are Finnish Made. But I believe someone out of the 5.5 million Finns may have one in their back pocket somewhere,s or was it the back 40ty.

I,ll be searchin. Even though it maybe like a gold panner looking for that big nugget. But if you ever come to Reindeerland you know what you can always bring over.
