Coleman Light Right Next to Me For 5 Years

Postby Bigwoods » Sun Dec 21, 2008 12:10 am

This Coleman lamp has just been a few feet from me when I'm on the computer. It's not exactly a camping lamp, but it is old. Its been there for years and I can't tell you how many times I have banged my head on the thing. :? :?

I have always hated the stupid thing until tonight when my wifey ask me to dust it. I got to look at it and see it is a Coleman Quick Lite. It says it is "The Sunshine Of The Night."

It's about 20" not counting the hanger. I see the Japanese man, Mr. Kato, had one in his collection.

Wow I could never get so lucky! I've wanted one of those every since I seen one for the first time! Do you use It for Power outages? My wanting is just about over though!

That lamp is in great shape. There's always a few sitting in every antique store around here, but shade is always missing and they're simply beat to the point of being junk.
