How about some kind of informal gathering at Letchworth State Park some time in June or any time this year? :ok:

My daughter is planning an outdoor wedding at Sprague Brook County Park (Erie County) in June. If the dates are right, I might be able to combine the two into one trip!!!

Kirkman- Why don't you come up to Fish Creek Pond for the Spring TearUp, the weekend of June 12th? Almost 40 trailers already signed up for that! There is also the NYS TearJerkers Spring Camporee at Delta Lake SP the weekend of May 15-17. Both events already organized and ready to go. 8)

Hey Kirkman!

We might be up for that. We're so close to Letchworth we could most weekends. My friends usually go to Letchworth a few times a year anyways. I can let you know when we might go or you pick some dates and we can see if we can do them. We're going to Southwick Beach State Park the weekend of the Fish Creek Pond gathering (Jun 12) so we can't go either. Also the weekend of Delta Lake (memorial day) we're suppose to go to Albany and visit family so I guess that is out too. The only other thing I have planned so far is camping on an island in Lake George in later in June. We often go to Stonybrook State park as well and I'd like to go to some parks on Lake Ontario or in the Finger Lakes Region.

Apparently I have no clue when anything is. I now think I can go to both the Delta Lake and the Fish Creek Pond gathering as my friend told me today our Southwick trip is on some other weekend and our Lake George trip is the first weekend in June. I don't bother to remember stuff when I know someone else will tell me.

I REALLY wanted to go to both gatherings but could not. If I stay on top of things early next year I can make sure no one plans anything for the weekends of the gatherings. I'm getting old enough where my friends are all moving away and working and I don't see them much except on planned events. The only potential problem for the future is my wife wants me to make a 6' wide tear. Why? Because she thinks we need room for a baby. I'M NOT READY! :?

Hey Lucas,

Plan now... lets see 9 months... yada yada yada... should be able right! Would be fun to have a newborn attending the TearUp next year

Do like Tom and Mary did with theirs, and put in a bunk sideways... er baby crib.. shelf... whatever.

Letchworth is on our hit list when the timing is right...

Did Golden Hill State Park back in May...
