another mountain bike ride on the snowmobile trails this morning. The 10 mile loop again. I took 15 minutes off Mondays time. I hour and 25 minutes. My ave. and peak pulse rate was also down 7 and 8 beats a min. respectively. :D

I will stretch and foam roll but probably no other exercise today.

I am back from a windy 3 mile walk with the dogs. I am especially glad Abbie was on a leash because she might have been a kite otherwise.

Started walking my dog Cori yesterday after work. Just to get us both out of the house. She lost her buddy this past week and we both need the "us time" and its good therapy. I think it will do us both a lot of good.

Sorry about the loss of your other dog. I know it is a difficult time, but I am glad you do have another dog to help you through this time.

Well, it rained and stormed me out today. Only got in 3 miles with the dogs.

Today's total: 5.627 miles. 2.627 walking up and down the stairs working on the upstairs trim + a trip to HD for crown molding.

We made the trip to the little gym in our apartment complex today. We warmed up, did 30 min. on the stationary bike, 30 min. walking on the treadmill and then did a cool down. We are trying some ideas from the Biggest Loser. They are working!
