Taylors Sausage / Dam Gathering

Postby 4123 » Fri Apr 17, 2009 4:06 pm

I'm sorry this has taken so long. If anyone wants to order something from Taylors Sausage for delivery to the Dam Gathering, check out their website at http://www.taylorsausage.com/index.html
As 'Snoop Dougie Doug' suggested, call their factory at 541.592.4189 and ask for Nicky, Laura or Emily. Place your credit card order and tell them that Ron Christianson will be picking it up for delivery on Friday (5-1-09)
Nicky requested that orders be placed at least 3 days before I pick them up. So, please order before 4-28-09.
Also, please PM me if you ordered something so I can make sure I get it all...

Doug,
Wanna go in halves on a 5 lb bag of polish?
It'll run about 20 bucks and you get about 20 links.
They come with or without casings... I usually get with casings.
They also have awesome thick sliced smoked bacon too, but I'm not up to snuff on the current pricing for that...

I'll call and find out if they can pack on dry ice. I'm sure I'll freeze a bunch up and it could be boxed so that Ron doesn't have to jockey it all into a cooler. Doug

The polish is fully cooked... Doesn't require freezing, just kept cold until ready to heat it up for eatin'.

Olga is a teacher at Head Start and they have some type of huge ice chest that they use for field trips. Olga's going to see if we can borrow it for the Dam Gathering. If we can, we should have plenty of room.
