I made something similar last year on the smoker... I couldn't believe how much fat some meat has in it...

Man.... that's a heart attack on aluminum foil just waitin to happen. Think I'll stick to my favorite. Pork Butt hickory smoked real slow for 24 hours, til it falls apart. Then make up a sauce with 2 cups of apple cider vinegar a cup of brown sugar a little salt, a bunch of pepper and a little Old Bay seasoning mix it up with the ol pork but and you got yourself some good ol Carolina pulled pork. 8)

i am a member of a bbq forum www.smoked-meat.com and over there we call these " fatties " and you can stuff with any fillings use any kind of ground meat and wrap in bacon or not....they are so good and there is endless versions of these .....i invite you all that is interested to come over and check it out alot of good folks there like here.....my sign on over there is the same here " doctor phreak ".....come by and see us
