Ha, my oldest(21) just told me he's "quite happy in his little tent that takes him 5 minutes to set up."

At least he's old enough to drive a second car to tow the second trailer for the little ones. :applause:

OK, These are the first photos I've got of it.
Am I out of my tree for wanting to take this on?? :?

I will have more photos later of it's current state of being.

You can do it, Sue!! Go for it. It will be an awesome experience.

I'm sure your husband will be there to help when you need him. And you guys already built a trailer from nothing...this one at least already exists.

If you don't go for it you'll always wonder if you could have...

P.S. It is in alot better condition that I had imagined it would be. :applause:

Suz-

Just know that a Metz is fairly RARE (compared to Scotties & Shastas)... :o

Sooooo any attempts to SAVE & restore a piece of camping history like that is WORTH it! :applause:

Besides, Terry will warm up & give ya a hand!

Cheers,

Coop

Thanks for the encouragement Peg and everyone else!

We don't have possession of her yet. Will be getting more pictures on Thursday then maybe towing her home next week. I'll get measurements then.

Husband may think he needs to get me a Christmas gift but truthfully this is enough for me!!! You have no idea how excited I am!!!

:D

P.S. It looks very similar to the shape of Carter's Big Tear here in The Hall of Fame.
