That looks identical to one I got from the Wal-mart a couple of years ago. It folds up like a little "BBQ briefcase". I like ours a lot, it is very portable and only takes a minute to set up and tear down.
The only drawback I can think of is keeping them clean. After a few uses you'll have to give it a good shake to get all the carbonized crumbly things out before putting the BBQ away. This means if its going in the car I usually stick it in a box or trashbag. If its going in the truck, no big deal, I put it in the back.
