Chuck Wagon Stew

This works good in a big pot on the propane stove.
(Although I'd be interested to hear if anyone cooks
it over an open fire, or in a dutch oven)

1 lb ground hamburger or beef cubes
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

28 oz can tomatoes
2 beef boullion cubes
3 tb chili powder
1 tb ground cumin
4 potatoes chopped
1 or 2 can(s) green beans

Brown beef in large pot. Drain off fat. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft.
Add tomatoes, beef boullion cubes, chili powder, cumin, potatoes and cook until potatoes are done, about
45 minutes. Add green beans and cook until hot.
The quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten, so build your teardrop with the best materials...

Have not tried the stew but the wife and I had the rice and beef the other night. Camp hash. It's pretty good.
