I like the subtle fall in the roof line as it is followed from front to rear.

Nice!

Give us your finish ideas.

Ohhhh, and can you please come clean my shop/garage, yours is way to neat, mine looks like I raise goats in it.

Keep up the good work!!!! :D :applause:

Thanks, Imma hopein I'll get done with it late spring/early summer. :worship:
right now I'm in the planning stage for the interior cabinets. I'm going to skin it with .40 white aluminum. I'm also going to use diamond plate for the front of it. As far as my garage, man you should see it, its a freakin mess. My wife is constantly on my butt about that.

I kinda tweaked the original drawing on the beginning of this thread. In that drawing the roof was just too flat so I made some changes. I guess it's some where between a cubby and a benroy. ---A cubroy

DANG ! That is darn near what "I" have sketched fer MY new build !Only "I" want the exterior to look like a "WOODY" with large carriage bolts holdin the wood slats to the exterior walls.

The profile is near exact to my sketch..creepy ! You been runnin round in my head ?

The build has been put on hold fer the time bein...cash "flow" prolens !

Nice lookin Critter !! ( Great minds DO think alike )

I'm gonna install sliding doors in the galley and cabin, I got these aluminum sliding door tracks at Brunner Enterprises http://www.brunnerent.com/Tools/Portfol ... trMetaTag=
They won't look as good as wooden tracks but they should be alot stronger.

Right now we're in the middle of a kitchen cabinet installation project. Everything is in total chaos right now, especially the garage. :?

When you look into the galley of the critter, it's like looking into the seventh dimension.

I'm gonna use the 1/4" aluminum sliding tracks on the upper galley face frame and the front cabin face frame. The lower galley face frame and the rear cabin face frame will have regular doors. Thats the plan anyway. 8)

I'm sure you know that "plans" have a way of "changing"...

Since yer build is SO similar to MY vision, I'll be curious to see it when it's done.

BUILD ON !

Larry,

I think that aluminum track is going to work well and look good too.

Your new kitchen looks great. Please don't tell my wife that someone can be building a teardrop and do honey-do's too. I've been putting off installing crown molding for about 2-1/2 years now!

Take care,
Tom

I can't lie Tom, I'm not installing the cabinets. A man we use to go to church with is doing it. I could probably do it but the thing is, I want it done right.
Besides if I was to do it, it would take me forever like it is with my build.

She's going to be a beaut Larry! There's something wonderful about the 4'X8' teardrop profiles that always brings a smile.

All the best,

Dave
