A few chassis construction questions.

I'd weld on the chains and double check the lenght. That way the chains are there forever.

Now, I've become grade conscious when it comes to bolts. I needed a couple of bolts to lock down my drill press vise, so got a couple of 5/8" bolts from the leftovers from mounting my draw hitch last year. I saw that they are grade 5. My bolts that came with my HF jack stand are grade 2. Now, I may even know what I'm talking about...you think?
