singe stage vs two stage regulator

One of the problems with the new trailer is that it came with out a propane regulator. We will be using propane for both the stove top (three burners) and the water heater. Do I buy a single stage or two stage regulator?

I think 2 stage is the way to go, at least that's what I used on mine.

A little off topic, but this seams like a good place to put this. If going with a single stage, drip lip vented (BBQ) regulators are not approved for outdoor use unless under cover (under the grill) don't cheap out, get a regulator from the camper plac, and mount it properly, with the vent down.

I ordered a two stage regulator yesterday and it should be here tomorrow. Had to order it piecemeal, regulator hose etc.
At this point I am trying to get it to where we can use it and will correct problems in wiring as I do things like adding solar controller.
