I mentioned in another topic that I only have one drink recipe - pour Scotch into a glass, drink and repeat as required. That's not entirely true. I couldn't be a true Parrot Head without at least one boat drink recipe. My version of the Dark & Stormy is simple: over ice, pour equal parts rum, lime juice and ginger ale. When in doubt, add more rum.

When in doubt substitute the rum with Ronrico 151. The the captain won't have to say, "Why is the rum gone"!!!!! :laughing8:
