8) It's a pound of ground turkey but I pulled it apart quite a bit so it looks like more. Thanks for the nice comments.

Nice video. Tried this recipe last night for dinner and it was pretty good. The next time I make it I'm going to substitute canned diced tomatoes in place of the salsa to try to give it more tomato flavor.

that would be a good idea and it made me think about adding a can of stewed tomatoes instead of salsa as well cuz I really like those too! With the sub, it would probably be less spicy, but that's fine with me.

The salsa I used was mild as my wife doesn't like hot foods.

For some heat you could use canned diced tomatoes with chilis. That's probably what I'll do as its not too hot.

Another way to spice it up without adding too much heat is to add some Tabasco green (jalapeno) pepper sauce when serving: Image
