Paint on a clear finish ... repost

Postby bonnie » Sat Jan 21, 2012 5:16 am

Okay, I read the cited article and think this may be one way to go. I am so pleased there are so many options!

This would work really well for outer protection of one of GPW's art foamies.

this is something that is technical with the site, so you all just have to bear with admin.

I bought a gallon of base and will use it some time. I read about this in a wood working mag about a year ago. I am thinking of using it instead of a primer on my little project. Then after the weave is filled put color on top.

Eagle , time to really think this through .... plan ahead for what you want vs. what you really need and can build and tow ... Now that financing is approved... Time to make some logical choices ... prior planning and all that

Thanks Mike , it was getting weird... :o
