Finally got the lawn mowed. It really should have been done about 4 days ago me thinks! Kind of messy right now, but hopefully I will be able to mow again in a couple days or so to get it back to a more managable length between cuts.

Here's wishing you a good Saturday.

I'm STILL going through boxes I had stored here in my garage...

Where did all this stuff come from and why do I feel the need to hang on to It?

Well.. up at 4:30am... Race day. :D shaved.. showered.. and trimmed my beard. I really have no idea what to expect. I have not done much riding in over a week, and nothing since Wednesday's, very short easy ride. My legs still feel semi tired and sore. I have never gone through this process before, have never been this overtrained. I suspect a ride might be good for me. A race.. though

Even if I had not gone through this overtraining bit.. I would not know what to expect. I have only ridden with a limited number of people.. so I really have no idea what's out there, competition wise. I had no expectations of how I would do, I was just hoping to have a good day, to perform to what I am capable of.

Now I don't even know what to expect from me. It is sort of like entering the Indy 500 and not knowing if they fueled the car. :frightened: :NC

Although this race is nothing like the Indy 500. It is a smallish early season race. While there will be good racers there.. and racing for the win, last year the overal atmosphere, was more laid back. Dave was trying to tell me I did not need to race today. I think he was worried I felt obligated. He was going to try and suggest we all do something else. I told him I want to do the race, It looked like a fun race last year. :D  :worship:

Good morning.
No race for me either today. Off to church and then some wood working. We got an order for two Adarandac chairs out of cipris . Sorry for the spelling!!!

Yesterday was very hot in the high 80s low 90s and in the su n most of the day. Crazy with the Star Wars folks... and lots of fun!!!

Hey Rod! I have a couple small woodworking projects that I need to do today for my wife to take to her office tomorrow. But, first I am going for a bike ride! :)

Watched last night's race on DVR and been doing laundry this morning. Laundry is 90% done and I am going riding.
