Our little 5X10 is a United Cargo Trailer we ordered to match and fit our car a Honda Element we call "Ellie" so the trailer is called "ET" for Ellie's trailer. Anyway we wanted a little trailer (to go camping and to use in my hobby of watching trains), with a shower, toilet, bunks/dinette, air conditioning, narrow enough to fit our car, light enough to tow, and tall enough to stand in, with hot and cold water, water tank, dump tank, awning, shore hook ups for power, water & sewer, phone & cable, on-board battery and generator, so we built this. A lot of things to finish yet, trim, paint, radio & TV install, but all is working just fine so far.
Ellie and ET.
it came with the wrong wheels, so later we returned it for the silver to match the car. We ordered a porch light and an RV style latch with grab bar. The cargo bar then cover the whole door to provide an extra lock when stored.
Awning was a must have.
inside before we started, had the factory install insulation and finish the walls.
had the factory install a step.
propane tank mount I had the dealer make and install. No room on the nose.
shore power inlets and cable tv & phone jacks above.
city water hook up and fill for our water tank. I need to paint this.
plumbing vent and a vent for the shower. I did not want any holes in the roof. The shower vent is nice.
got the silver colored wheels installed. Had the dealer make me a spare tire rack for the side as again there's no room on the tongue. I think it turned out great, it's welded to the frame and does not touch the side at all.
Had stabilizer jacks installed by the factory.
Cheers and thanks for all the help and ideas. Jeff
