Since we're so close, we can probably make it. For us it's mostly a down hill run too. Just gotta check the calendar and gotta check with the wife

Just remember to make the turn so you don't end up in washoe lake. ;)

We want to thank all of you that are coming to our first gathering next fall. We have plenty more room for a lot more teardrops and if you have a tiny travel trailer (TTT) we can fit some of them in there as well. My sister will bring her "new to her" '79 Boler "Egg" as she calls it. Call your friends that have TD's or TTT's and let us know and I will add them to the "For Sure List".

Right now as it stands, it will cost $10.42 per night per teardrop with an estimated dozen teardrops coming. I know we can drop that price down if we can get more folks to come. Remember, the more we have coming the lower the price will be per unit.

Please let me know how many nights you would like to come, two or three? Some of us are still working on Thursday and if only two or three are coming on that day, it would be better to only have it for two days. I need to reserve the group site as soon as possible to be sure we have it on our intended gathering days. Once we figure out all that are coming, we will ask you to send in your fees near September of next year. I will keep you to date as things progress.

Please check the first page of this thread to see who is coming and I will update it as needed to keep track of all that are. ;)

I know we all will have a great time here. :applause:

Thanks, Johnny & Terry D.

At least it's not too deep!  I think most years you could walk across the lake and get no deeper than your waist. I think a foamie might float across the lake anyway :R :R The truck on the other hand :x :x

Or maybe just wait a while for Washoe Lake to dry up again....
in 1992? I rode my bike all the way across from Bellevue to the boat landing on the east side.
Just to say I did it.
Wasn't fun though, the dried mud was like riding on cobblestones....

Nice! I live right across the lake in New Washoe City so I will definitely show up. It should take me about 10 minutes to get over there. :R

Lee and Norma Senn here. We visited with some of you folks at the Unionville gathering and got some good advice on our upcoming build along with a warm and friendly welcome. Count us in ( we may well be camping on just the tear floor with a tent if I don't get it done ). I really think we will be at least done enough to camp even if not totally complete. We enjoyed meeting some of the folks at Unionville and look forward to getting to know everyone better. Lee and Norma P.S I will pm you for details as to how to reserve a site, who to pay etc.
