New Dutch oven cookbook

Recipes that work best for teardroppers

Re: New Dutch oven cookbook

I have made some corrections to the Dutch Oven Cookbook and have posted Revision 1. Specifically, I fixed many typographical errors and added back a recipe in the EPUB version that seems to have gotten lost. I promise not to change it again for at least a couple of months.

You can download the EPUB version here and the PDF version here.

Revision 2 of "Dutch Oven Dishes: Recipes for Black Iron Cooking" is now available. The cookbook has some revised and added recipes and the PDF has been reformatted to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" format.

The cookbook is a Creative Commons document: free with the caveats placed on it on the second page of the book.

I don't know what I was thinking, making it 4 1/4 X 5 1/2. I have reformatted the book into 5 1/2 X 8 1/2.

Note: The smaller version is what we used to call 4-up, as you can get 4 pages out of an 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper. The new format is 2-up, which makes the book shorter and easier to read.

So, if you download it now, you will get the 2-up version in PDF format.

Mike:

Thanks a bunch for this. I converted your epub into a .mobi version using Calibre and sent it to me Kindle.
