We had this stick-built shed added last year, about $7500 including electric (120V, 220V, lighting insulation, etc. We should have limited the
pad size to the size of the shed, but we built it bigger. Water would run under the walls, so we had to spend another $1700 for gutters and various sealants and waterblocks.
