Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

After the bracing was glued on, I cut pink 3/4" styrofoam and glued it on the outside of the interior plywood. Then I wired the right side--more info on the how-to later. I glued 1/4" of aluminized plastic bubble wrap insulation on the styrofoam, between the bracing. Sidewall depth = 1-3/8"
