Doors open. When the top is lowered, the frame, and upper portion of the entry door will be folded up against the ceiling. If the awning door is lowered, that would lock people in, except that the top part of the entry door can be folded up, and the awning door is then is able to be opened from the inside. Also the bottom part of the entry door can be opened independently allowing exiting so the awning door can be raised.
