I'm waiting until the last minute to cut the door opening, as I want maximum rigidity while I flex the wall as needed to get spars and squared alignment. So, I only cut the bottom half of the doorway out. I cut it because once the front wall flat goes in, getting inside the trailer will be much harder without a doorway!
