Passed all its certification today, so road legal and insured. It is walls of 18mm ply with double skinned roof of 4mm ply, aircraft insulation, then the while thing is covered by 2 layers of 100 fiberglass matt, then the wood paneling and tin is rtv and glued on. has under floor storage and completely sealed. I have slept many nights on the build but a few weeks ago i gave her to my daughter for her 21st birthday present (she is a geologist ) so she is traveling outback a lot. 15" truck tires and the axial can be raised 100mm if needed for height clearance. i think i did alright on this.. the only problem is, when ever you stop you loose 30 minutes as everyone wants to look and talk.
