Here's the workshop area of my carport. Again, it's a bit of a mess, I need to organize things.

The walls are lifted a foot off the ground per county code requirements. Despite being well above the grade, this part of my property is classified as a flood area, and has to have the gap. Water's never even come within 10 feet of altitude from here, even in the worst rains, so I feel safe with my shop here.
