Specifically, I'm wondering about the cooktop and your AC water heater? Our old factory stove looks ok but is difficult to regulate the heat/flame.
I do like this cooktop, I only use the green canisters for fuel, and I have the regulator on low. Still plenty of heat to boil water and burn sanwiches. AC water heater works great, just have a big battery and be ready for the hit. I turn it up when I need it and turn it back down when I am done to conserve power.
