While doing some deep cleaning I saw aluminum foil wrapping the bottom and side walls of our registers in the floor. It was pretty dirty and full of the glue from the floor laminate I'm assuming. Any idea if it was there to provide a clean surface for dust, hair, etc. to collect?

Noticed while we were having work done that others had problems with the drain plug on their alum drain If you have one on yours pay close attention for leaks The threads on the plug can become damaged easily Loose the plug loose your engine

Got to a gas station first thing in the morning, noticed a tire at 40 PSI, put the spare on at the gas pump and limped to Les Schwab. Fun morning. Ordered a new Liger, but next time anything happens maybe we'll switch to steel. (2019 Momentum 320G)
