Welcome to the 2020 Camping season.

Our Spring Gathering will be held at CLIFTY FALLS State Park on May 15,16,17. 2020

Certainly come early if you can but by all means try to come.

The center of the gathering will be near the Comfort Station sites [near site#64]

Friday May 15th - Meet and Greet [aka wine and cheese] at 6:00 pm

Saturday May 16th - Traditional "Pitch-in" dinner at 6:00 pm

Activities
Clifty Falls is very close to Madison, IN and is full of antique stores, shoppes wineries and entertainment.

Madison is a great little historic "River Town" along the Ohio River and, I'm sure you will find something to do.
Check out the Link - https://www.madisonindiana.com/visitor-information

Our Camping area is somewhere within the circled section but you can certainly camp wherever you want.
Reservations can be made [6] months prior to your chosen camping date at https://indianastateparks.reserveameric ... iteria=new

Would it be OK if I share the information abut this camping weekend with a local (Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio) Teardrop and mini camper group?

Don't want to overstep bounds.

Yes please do. We are a very welcoming group! Copy and share Kurts post from the top, showing times, things to do, etc.

Site #60 reserved for Wayne Riley.

This is from the Local group I posted about.

I just checked my flat-earth globe and Indiana is on the back-side of the board. Shoooot.

We'll be stuck in the Rockies...

Hello everyone. I just started the face book group Kentuckiana Teardrops and Minicampers not to long ago to meet others that love the outdoors and the small camper lifestyle. Thank you for allowing your member to share the information about this meet up and we have set our first meet up for the same time at Clifty Falls. I just joined TNTTT and if you have any tips or tricks to this site let me know. I will be at site 55 and I look forward to meeting you. If it is okay for us to mention the pitch in or anything let me know. Thank you.

Folks
We now have a group presence on Facebook. We have adopted the name Crossroads Camping club for the sake of a FB group. I will try to match the info regarding our group and gatherings to this info found here provided by Kurt. Bear with me as I am still learning the FB ropes!
As of right now it’s a private group, viewable by members we invite, which is everyone we camp with. We’ll discuss options as we go...we do not intend to exclude anyone... if you don’t get the FB invite send me a PM

I just had a "What If" moment:

Your thoughts and ideas are welcome.

What if we had a "Theme" for our Pitch-in dinner in May?

Some ideas for a "theme" could be "Winner Winner Chicken Dinner" or "Where's the Beef" or "Here's the Beef". You get the idea.

The "theme" is only for those who want to participate. Anyone else could make what ever the want.

It could be fun and generate some conversation; which is what it's all about.

Think it over and add your input, ideas and comments. May isn't that far away and I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. 8)

**** yes everything eggplant based :rofl2:

( I think that is where the imposable burger came from at Burger King )
