Jack Jacobson and I plan on doing another Dutch oven workshop at the ITG. We will supply booklets to attendees, just like last time. Except there are more recipes in it this time.

You don't need to bring anything to the workshop - just yourself and an (optional) chair.

Jack and I are trying to decide what to cook as a demo. I don't want to do rolls again, so I thought maybe biscuits and gravy, but I welcome any suggestions. Keep in mind that the demo will most likely be held in the morning.

I hope everyone can attend, and I look forward to seeing all of you again.

Hi Mike!

Thank you and Jack for putting together the Dutch Oven seminar for the ITG2! Biscuits and Gravy would be good! Folks need to know how versatile a dutch oven can be...

This year, the book will have four additional recipes.

Cool Mike!

Glad to hear that another book is in the offing. My book, along with my directory dissapeared off of the bed in my teardrop during the gathering...

I have cooked dinner for the past three nights using Dutch Ovens. Working on recipies that can be used at home as well as camping.

 8:30 man that's early I'll have to set an alarm
and I wasn't planning on bringing one.

Oh well it will be well worth it. I'm looking forward to that.

A D.O. is not required. It'll be a class/work shop. No lab work required. And Mike is good and knows his stuff.

And like I said, that time could change.

Hi Mike,

Will you be broadcasting via the web for those of us that want to be there but will not be able to make it? You could hook a webcam to your pc. Maybe I will have to watch the DVD when it comes out. :)

By not bringing one I meant alarm clock, but the 8:30 really isn't bad I get up at 3:45 a.m. every morning for work so that will be like sleeping in for me

8:30 is to early for me. So I'll just send Tanya. ;) I'm retired you know and on vacation besides. I seem to remember getting up at 3:30. I think that's back when I used to work for a living.

8:30 am isn't too early but we won't be arriving in minden until noon on friday. we are making a detour through kansas. is there a way to reserve a book from mike? alan took his last dutchoven workshop in minden and loved all the info that was given.
also, i must of missed where all the info is at which times all the workshops will be. :? can someone guide me to that spot??????

thanks!!!!
