Hi all-
We are moving to a new home where we won't have a place to store our teardrop, so need to sell. Build was originally chronicled here (San Diego 5 x 8+ build), but many years of tweaking and improving and you can hardly recognize the finished product from the original.

Custom designed and home-built teardrop camper for sale. Built on a Northern Tool 5'x8' steel trailer frame. Construction is generally marine grade plywood finished with aluminum sheeting on exterior, Baltic birch finish on interior. Queen size sleeping area with memory foam mattress. Kitchen has 2 burner propane stove (and tank) and sink with powered water pump (6 gallon tank), sliding storage space for a cooler, 12V plugs, knife and cutlery storage, fire extinguisher and small holding tank for waste water. Interior has Ventline skylight and fan for ventilation, dimmable LED interior lighting and built-in storage spaces. Tongue box storage at front of camper houses battery and fuses, plus tons of room for other camping gear. Spare tire mounted under floor. New wheels and tires ~2 years ago. Includes cover and everything else shown in pictures, plus a roof rack (that I never mounted). Moving and won't have a place to store it, so need to give it up. I don't know the actual weight, estimate ~1500 lbs, but have towed this behind a Jetta for 100's of miles without issues. Can manually lift the tongue onto the car if needed.
