Well now , The only plans we had was a drawing ... The ribs were cut on a CNC machine . The foam ( beaded ) was sliced from huge blocks , And the trailer itself was constructed by a welder friend and his son ( also a welder) down the street ...
It's been modified through the years , including removing the entire shell and building a new Board floor , which should last a Long time ..
The original floor was OSB , and failed after a few years ... It's all in the thread ...

And being very light , it tows quite easily , no aerodynamic problems at speed or when big trucks speed by ...
