BBQ Chicken Cordon Bleu with Potato Logs

2 oz Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp paprika
4 whole chicken breasts, halved
8 thin slices cooked ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
Thyme
¼ cup melted butter
½ cup BBS
4 potatoes cut in quarters

Pound chicken down to 1/8 thick. Layer ham, Swiss cheese and jelly roll. Dip in melted butter and place in 12â€

easy to premake and freeze at home ahead of time. Use the first or second night of camping as it thaws out in cooler.
