Best width for a trailer camper?

My first camper was 5', my new build is 6' with a small bump out so i can fit a full size bed sideways. I stole the idea from the van lifers.

I stick with 4 feet when pulling I have more visibility.
I would prefer to make a slide out in both side and front.
