Can any one recommend a filler to use on plywood to fill holes and cover screws? I've seen some people use bondo in videos for their builds but none of them have used pmf for the exterior and from what I can find wood glue supposedly won't bond well with it. I'm worried with all the holes i need to fill will start to bubble and show over all the places i need to fill.

Use the same adhesive (glue/paint) as the PMF and mix it with enough wood sanding dust (AKA wood flour) to make a filler putty.

You want as large a percentage of wood flour as possible that still allows the putty to stick. That will make it easier to sand.
