Door Size for a Big and Tall Foamie Build

So for the big and tall guys out there what size manufactured door did you go with?
Foamie off-road build.
I'm 6'5" and 280 with broad shoulders.
Typical sizes have a max height of 42" but only 26" wide and max width of 30" but only 36"tall.
Of course I would like a 36x42 but since I can't have that without making my own, which I would rather not do, what have you guys found to be the more important dimension....have you found the height or width to be more important?

I built my own door but what I did was sit in a chair and measured the distance between the top of my head and the chair and how wide my shoulders were. I figured that I would want to be able to sit in the doorway and put on my boots.

The door ended up at 30" x 42"and doesn't feel small for me.

Something I thought of but never did, was to take apart a residential insulated screen door, trim the extrusions and panels, then reassemble into a smaller door. Looking at the parts and how they went together, this seemed doable. Maybe that's option.

30" wide is about the width of a typical interior household door. Height is most important, your noggin will appreciate it. Here is a prefab door 30x42. I have this door in 30x36 and am happy with it. The one I recieved was great.

a door is the easiest part to build . It is the jam that holds the seal. . you have to watch out for the fenders forget about wood so many reasons why. . find some tube about 3 feet long as a mold as thick as you need the jam . lay on something flat . wax lay up mat , some woven with poly resin. NO F#####EXPOY !!!! you will have a Z shape cut to shape you want wide on top then make room for fender look at picture #2 you have lip on out side . set back for door thickness, the lip for door seal the door can be made from anything NO F#####EXPOY !!!! if it's wide on top, you can twist to get in we have doon doors 42'' on top
