door thickness versus wall thickness

Hi all
I am seeing premade doors that recommend wall thickness 0.7" - 0.8" if you end up producing a 1" - 1.25" thick wall I presume you can still use these doors just a longer screw required for the inside trim to reach the main part of the door.

That may be true. It might depend on the inside trim, and how deep it will penetrate through the wall. There may be a sliver of raw wood/foam exposed between the inner and outer "halves" of the door assembly.
Seems like the door mfgr. is fabricating a door that is quite minimal......like for a 3/4" wall, with no insulation.

Agree, might need to create a filler piece between the inner and outer frame.
