E Bike Riders?

OK, Beyond South Central,

Ah got tarred of waitin' on y'all an' went an' dun it mahsef! I was able to wrangle a small handful of my LSC of the T J's to meet up at Caddo Lake SP this last weekend (19-22 Mar). A few had e-bikes and I had my Trek 4500 "old school" bike. I did a recon by car the day before folks arrived and located which roads to ride to see the various sites. We spent over 2.5 hours riding to and walking through the ruins. As for a starting point, CLSP has a hellascious hill from the camping loops to the park entrance, then it's a mile to the Ammo Plant/Wildlife Preserve gate. It's better to load up yer bikes and start riding the trails from the Hunter Sign-in station on the main road, Zeugner Rd.

BTW...the better loop is Squirrel Haven. The Armadillo loop you have posted is close to the edge of the park and you hear traffic from nearby Highway 43. I did Site 16, which had a screen shelter for just $5 more than the usual $20 site fee, and it was worth it, plus it's close to a nearly renovated restroom. Y'all gotta go do this one!
