Finding the Victron MPPT PUK Code to Reset Bluetooth PIN

I have purchased a used 2023 T@B 320 CS "Ultimate Toys" It has a Victron 75/10 MPPT with Bluetooth and I can't get it to pair with my phone. Have tried all of the suggested troubleshooting remedies and come to this same roadblock. I can put in the PIN that I have from original users manual, or put in the default codes of 000000 or 123456...It fails to pair at 80%. If I try to reset the PIN it asks me for a PUK code and will not let me proceed any further. Where in the world do I find this PUK code?

I have upgraded to a LiPo battery and want to make sure that I am using the proper charging profile.

The PUK code should be on a white sticker affixed to the side (possibly on the backside) of the MPPT. You might be able to use your phone to take a photo of the sticker if the sticker is hard to see on the side. Once you find the PUK, there is an easy procedure to reset the PIN code back to the default 000000.

It's on the charger controller itself. Next to the SN. Little white sticker.

Some of the older units might only be 1234 or 0000 or if its was set by the previous owner. You'll need the PUK #

Even if they are brand new, its easier to just use the puk#.

I had taken pictures of all sides with no success. I did however dismount it from the wall and found the sticker on the back. After using a magnifying glass to read the code the reset was a breeze! Thanks for the suggestion of looking on the back.
