I took the trailer to the scales today - 880 lbs. I was pleasantly surprised. I was thinking closer to 1000 lbs or so.

Thank you. I drew it out to be a full 2x2 frame, but I got 2 sheets of 3/4" plywood for free, so those became the side walls. I asked a lot of questions on here and watched a lot of Youtube videos. I want to build another one, but the wife says I have to sell this one first. You know how that goes

Do you have any issues with the a/c condensation?

No, the back of the ac is outside the cabin, so any water drops outside.

Just wasn’t sure if the water dripping against the exterior wall amounted to anything, I guess the plate is there too.

The water drips about 8" from the front wall. The water doesn't hit the trailer.
