I live in a small town that is three hours from the nearest box store, which is on the other side of a 7,000' pass. Three thousand people, a tiny, isolated market. If I were in your shoes–and living here–I'd be hoping to get my material cost out of it.

A few details.
It's a standy (dropped floor) with queen size bed platform (storage under the bed)
Slide out Air conditioning
Refrigerator
Wired for AC and DC power, LED lights
2 windows
Weights 1000lbs fully loaded, about 750 unloaded.
Wings are removable.
Have traveled several thousand miles without any incidents.
