Ground Wire Question

Hi, I have a couple questions about replacing my shore power inlet on a 10 year old handmade teardrop. I summarized everything in a Google doc. I’d appreciate any input!! Thanks!

Since you only have 2 conductors coming out the shore power box and back into the plywood wall (cabinet wall?), another hole may need to be drilled to run the ground through. How it gets wired may depend what is connected on the other side.
