After I finished, I checked and it looks like I'm too far south. I should be about another head's width further North. I couldn't figure out how to edit it. Well, actually I didn't try that hard since I was at work when I did it.

You can add yourself to the map. When you move the cursor onto the map, with your mouse... you will notice that the cursor turns into a set of crosshairs. Carefully set the crosshair where you want to be placed and click the mouse, then select a little guy and enter the info that you want to include. Just be careful when you're lining up the crosshair, focus where the crosshairs intersect with one another. If you goof up, Mike can get you moved to the right location.

I believe that software is setup to save the most recent visitors locations... eventually old ones disappear.. or is it customizable?

It is customizable! I'll set it so that the heads don't disappear for about 100 years or so. That should do it eh?
