Homemade Hybrid Camper for Sale

Hi, this camper project has been my labor of love and is hard to part with, but family has grown and sadly I need to move on to a larger creation.

Price $2,000.
Located in Hagerstown MD area.

My main goal is to get it to someone who can appreciate, maintain, improve, and most importantly USE it. Hence why I'm listing it here before I open it up to randos on facebook.

Camper Stuff:

• The tent beds are both full size ~50"x75". The actual tent canvases are replacement parts intended for a hybrid camper, the, so they are standard dimensions and materials, in good condition.
• Pullout front kitchen drawer
• Has 7 gallon onboard water tank and 12v pump with faucet
• Kitchen sink
• 2-burner propane stove
• 12v battery with interior lights and switch panel
• 120v shore connector and indoor AC plug
• The roof raises mechanically by 4 legs, connected by gears and driveshafts. You turn it with a standard 1/4" hex bit in a drill.
• Wood framed with aluminum flashing as the skin.

It's built on a Harbor Freight 4x8 frame with the following mods:

• Upgraded to a regular USA-style tube axle (stronger, plus compatible with standard off-the-shelf parts for bearings etc.)
• Upgraded wheels and tires
• Switched to soft-ride leaf springs intended for teardrops, from compactcampingconcepts.com, so it rides nicely on rough roads.
• Redesigned the tongue to be removable, both for compact storage size (<10ft with tongue removed) and helpful anti-theft device.
• Spare tire included
• Stabilizer jacks at each corner

Overall condition is sturdy and usable as-is, but of course would benefit from some TLC as well as your own improvements. Many aspects of it are clever in concept, but the execution and materials used could certainly be improved.
