Homemade Teardrop Camper for Sale Near Richmond, VA

I’m selling my “teardrop” utility trailer.-
Asking 7600.
This trailer weights approximately 1500 lbs.
This trailer was hand built and the trailer frame is 304 stainless steel.
The cabin has enough space to sleep a family of four. 2 adults and 2 “kids”
It works best for shorter people as the main bed is roughly 6 feet long.
The two bunks are approx 5’3” long and fit kids very easily.
This camper has a full compliment of LED lights, 100ah battery and dc system in addition to shore power and AC power if you need it.
The cabin has a total of 5 windows and a maxx air roof vent with cover so the vent can remain open in the rain with fear of water coming in.
The cabin also has 4 storage cabinets. Both bunks include USB charging ports and reading lights to keep the kids comfortable and entertained.
This camper does have a galley that pulls out with a full length storage shelf above.
The tongue box contains a propane tank and the 100ah battery in addition to scissor jack and lug wrench. The rear of the camper features the spare tire and recently added hitch receiver.

Camper has all maple interior and is also foam insulated 1.5 in thick walls and 2 inch floor.

This camper is fantastic my family has outgrown it and we hate to see it go. Hoping it finds a home where it will see many more Adventures! Located just outside of Richmond Va so easy to pick it up and head to the Blue Ridge for a great first trip!

I was hoping to generate more interest on TnTT than local options… I do have it posted locally for more $. If you mention the TnTT posting I would be happy to let the camper go for 6500 cash. Hoping to move it along soon as My kids (13 and 16) are now too tall for the bunks and our family does not take it out as much as we used to because of this. Very sad to have to sell it but hope it will bring another young family MANY more years of comfort and joy OR someone who just wants dry, insulated, sleeping quarters for 2.
